As a leadership coach, my work profoundly changes people's lives. Clients discover their natural leadership style, strengthen their effectiveness, develop powerful teams and create cultural change.

I’m not your average consultant in a suit: I will do whatever it takes to help you become the highly effective leader that you always admired in others. These three factors will help you decide if you will be comfortable with my coaching:

Firstly I draw on authentic field leadership experience, such as expeditions where things do matter – like staying alive, and that means I will expect you to always be ready to change your views and act decisively to meet the opportunities you’re facing.

Secondly, I come from the bush where your word is all you've got and how others assess you as a man. Delivering on your promise shows you have integrity and can be trusted. In business, that means you get offered the deal first. You can expect me to hold you to your word, especially when change is uncomfortable.

Lastly, I am only able to work with people I like and see real potential in. At times I will seem more committed to your potential than you are. We will form a deep trust and you will know that I am always there for you as challenges appear.

My clients all come through referral and my approach is best suited to young, ambitious male entrepreneurs and senior executives, all in the 30-50 range, who have discovered life is about real meaning, not mere money or power. I normally work on a fixed three-month contract, payable in advance, and am only able to take on four clients at any one time.
